- Returns will not be accepted if packaging seal is broken, unless product quality issue is reported at the time of purchase.

- Ice cream products must be stored below -18 degrees celcius.
- Our products are made of real cream and must be consumed with 7 days of opening (when stored in home freezers)
Refund Policies
- POS Refunds : Cash = Immediate | Card = Exchange of Goods up to equivalent value or Refunded as per Customers' Bank's Policies.
- Refunds not applicable if returns are not accepted.
